twSetMPause( nPauseTime )

     Some mouse events require a pause after execution to work
     correctly. This function allows you to set the default used by
     TSDWIN functions. The pause time is somewhat hardware dependent.
     If you find your mouse triggering  multiple occurrences of an
     event, try setting this time to a larger value than the default .2
     seconds.

       Arguments:

     nPauseTime - 'N' Time to use as the default.

       Return:

     The old setting of the default pause time.

       Example:

     twSetMPause( .5 )
